table top halogen ove

as I have had no replies to my previous post, I will repeat in hope. I have just purchased a table top halogen oven and am experimenting. Made a bana cake in a rin g mould (I understand solid pans do not work. Cooked for suggested time, but the bottom half was wet and uncooked. Can anyone help?

I have no experience of halogen ovens but no one else is answering. You can try cooking for a bit longer, cooking for a bit longer and lowering the temp a bit, if the top looked really well cooked, putting less mix in the pan.
