Hello you clever lot.
I can't work computers at all and all of a sudden today the toolbar from the top of my screen which allows me to return to the last page, look at a history what I have looked at and look at my fave webpages etc. has disappeared. I looked under 'tools' then 'reset web settings' and 'web options' but I couldn't find anything that helped.
Please help cos now if I use a link to another page on answerbank to return to the normal pages I have to come of he internet and start over again.I have a Windows XP if that is any help!

Simply go to 'View', then Toolbars, then ensure that Standard Buttons is ticked. You might want to tick Address Bar and Links too, as they're handy.
You can lock toolbars in the same menu.
This tip is handy in all the MS Office suite too - outlook, word, powerpoint etc.
