hi all, I have had a mortgage for 3 years with this company and I feel the need to complain regarding certain departments of the company..
does anyone know who is the director or chairman of the board or someone a lot higher than customer services manager. you can't email a complaint as when you go to the website, its only got phone numbers and I'm fed up of the people on the other end of the phone.

If you lodge an official complaint, it must be acknowledged within 5 working days and properly investigated. With their final response they should also send you the brochure detailing the procedure for complaining to the Financial Ombudsman Service should you not be happy with the reply.
