Dance tune from early 1990's I think

I remember hearing this dance tune at my friends years ago. It's kind of disco-y house with strong female vocals. "It's been 3 days to the hour, since you've been gone" Thats the first line. The chorus begins "Never ever gonna give you up though I try I find it hard to lie" I'm sure the vocals were by Ruby Turner but I've searched everywhere on the net and can't find any mention of it - Help it's driving me nuts
