Currys Complaint - Update - Complaint happily resolved

Hi, further to my previous post about Currys Complaint.
Curry's have just rang me and apologised for what had happened and they have offered me £50 cash back. They are going to call me back within 24 hours for my details - they gave me a reference number that they will quote when they call. Then they'll transfer the monies to my account.
I think this maybe due to the fact I emailed the CO of Curry's on Friday.
What a result!
