1960's film

there was a film in the 60's that had bernard cribbins in it and the song right said fred which he sang can anyone tell me what the films called. ta muchly in advance

Hi, wongo. Although the song is mentioned all over the place, I can find no evidence that it came from a film.

I know there was a 'video' made of the song when it came out in the 60's using rubber animated models. They also did this for 'Hole in the Ground' by BC, but I haven't seen them for years.
