Migraines-ALWAYS at the same time of day
6 Answers
I tend to get 'classic' migraine....an aura or visual disturbance, with little headache.
The past few-I'd say 4-have ALL occurred at exactly the same time in the evening...8.50pm. It's as if I can set my watch by it. Is there any explaination for this......I'm curious.

One would presume that you are at your most relaxed during the evening or perhaps in the last days, you have eaten something in the evening that has acted as a "trigger factor"

For a while---I was having them at work..in the afternoon when the frantic period was over. The most recent are when I am about to eat....so it looks as if relaxation is the key.
I was no more stressed than usual yesterday-tho over-all I've been more stressed recently.
So-called triggers never seem to make a difference---I can have loads of chocolate, red wine,etc-and it won't affect frequency of attacks.
