Invoicing and general queries when receiving emails

Hi - This is a boring question but one that has been bugging me for a few weeks:

If I received an email of an invoice from a supplier without requesting to only have them sent by email?

For example I would prefer all invoices to be received by post so I don't have to trawl through endless junk before I come accross something I'll eventually have to action?

Also when it comes to all other work related forms: Can I ask that these also be sent through post/fax and be able to ignore emails until I receive the actual document/fax?

Change your email address and don't tell them?
Or why not set up a separate payments email address?

If you dont acknowledge emails (your pc may have crashed) you can ignore the request.

You must have given them your email address at some point. Try asking them to send them by post instead. But some companies have it in their terms and conditions that invoices will be sent by email because it is cheaper and quicker.
