Why do you say that?
A very worthwhile and rewarding career, but not financially rewarding. I recommend it.
I have been qualified 5 mths and I love it, am glad I did it. The only disadvantages are the lack of staff, as you don't feel you can give all the care you desire. all in all very rewarding.....do it!!!
i am going to start the third year of my training in a few months as a mature student, and i love it. you get so much satisfaction of admitting poorly people and usually seeing them go home well.
yes, there are sad moments when people die or things dont go right and there can be stresses when there are not enough staff, but it has been the best decision for me and i am looking forward to qualifying in 2008
