M&S Roast Potato Seasoning

I've just watched an M&S advert which sings the virtues of their roast potato seasoning. I've not got an M&S near me so do supermarkets such as Morrisons or Asda do something similar?

probably you could just use semolina and pepper - i'm sure thats what's in it

Finely chopped garlic and dried thyme.

i can get my roasties crispy when taken straight out of the oven, but as soon as i start serving up, they start to soften. No matter whether i put them on the plates, or i put in a serving dish, they don't stay crispy for any length of time.
Any suggestions?
