23d the expression is HEAR YE not Here ye so that doesn't quite fit.
29d you've said it's 4 letters but only coded 3 - does the 20-6 refer to answers with those numbers perhaps?

Thanks Calibax for replying sorry about posting only 3 letters it should be ??r?. Im totally puzzled to what it refer's. The only thing I can come up with is mark.
