No heating on here darn sarrrrf, as it's just that cold yet........had a boiler/rads check and service yesterday, so engineer turned it on for about an hour while he was here to check radiator controls etc.....adjusted some as too high.....we have 16 rooms in this house here not including a lot of space in our double garage too, which is also heated, and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool area, so we leave it late in the summer to turn everything on.
The house keeps a lot of heat in, as i got the large loft/roof area brilliantly insulated a couple of years ago, so we lose no heat at all.......we can turn the heating on for an hour....turn thermostat down and stay for up to 6 hours without needing to turn it on a bit again, if exceptionally cold outside in the winter months..............:0)

Me too....bit cloudy here now....gotta go and get some stuff as away again tommorrow and also order some A level revision books for my eldest son for college.....three of 'em......about £12 a piece.........and he's off to New York in February with the college......:0)
