I have a male friend who is spending some time with his father but says he is unable to bond with him, and is only talking on a superficial level, which is upsetting him - any suggestions on how he can deepen the bond?

Find out the sort of things u both like such as fishing or golf or something that u can do together and just chat like friends, thats how most father sons are, more like friends!
