Probation Period and declining extra day offered....

I am 3 months into my prob period. Basically, my boss asked me if I could work 1 extra day in addition to the 2 days I am contracted for. I work 20 hours over 2 days contracted. I said I would work the extra day and see how it goes. I did not sign any contract for this extra day. After 1 month of working this extra day I advised my boss that can no longer work the extra day (due to personal reasons) and I would like to return to my contracted hours. Since then she is being really petty with me. Picking up on the tiniest of errors I may make. I am new so i am still learning the 'ropes'. I have my review meeting next week and I am worried that she may include all these petty errors I make, so I fail my prob or leave. So she can advertise the job as 3 days not the 2 days.
I have worked within this industry for 7 years and I have just the same, if not more knowledge of my field of work, then my supervisor. It's only I need to learn their own procedures and contacts. I feel that a comment she made to me yesterday was very unfair and uncalled for.

The comment he said was he was disappointed of the fact I sent an email to the wrong member of staff. It was a query. I had asked my colleague who I should send the email to and they told me 'administrator of **** dept'. I mean, this was only a very small query, which was solved when they replied back and said no, I am not the person for this, but forward the email to *** dept, which i did. Problem solved.
Now he was making me feel stupid my saying he was disappointed about this.

I have told her I am flexible. But I have explained the problems I am having so to why I had to decline the extra day.

At least I tried it out for 1 month, but due to issues I cannot commit myself to it. I was honest with him from the start that I'll see how it does.

He knows I am flexible as, sometimes we are required to change our working day, or come in and day off for extra training - all of which I am happy to do.
He knows the circumstances and reasons of why i have had to decline the extra day. I have told him that when the situation changes I will let him know.

I am not getting at you. When I was at work (retd now) I could only do short days because we had an elderly dog. I was clear what I could do (move time of work at short notice, work at home etcet) and what I could not. This meant that I got passed over for jobs that I would have loved and been good at....c'est la vie.....
