Back in my clubbing days a really big track used to be this housey tune that had a womans voice repeatedly saying "It's over,It's over It's over" or "get over, get over get over" with an escalating piano loop, does that ring a bell with anyone? It may have been around as the same time as Robert Miles - Children.
Many thanks.

Grace - Not Over Yet?

I've just checked the track you mentioned on youtube but it's not it, but thanks for trying.
Trying to find the track is really doing my head in and so far I've got zilch from other Q&A sites, the funny thing is that it was a really popular track and everyone probably knows it but with my description it's not ringing no bells, oh well the search goes on!

No probs, glad i got the right tune!
Nothing worse than needing to know a tune and with dance records it can be tricky to remember them all.

The thing is if I hummed it everyone would know which tune I meant but alas there's know way for you out there to hear it. Luckily my description was enough for you to get it.
Have a great weekend.
