sometimes if you try c) it just gets redder and bigger and seems to take on a life of its own.

Funny, you reminded me of my son when he was 17 - 18 he would announce that he had a village grow on his face overnight, each spot was either a "Town Hall or the village Steeple or the Custard factory" Time heals......

b) Try a tiny dot of toothpaste before you go to bed.

Otherwise a) as c) Squeezing, might leave a scar.

if it's visible and you are self-concious about it, use a little "cover-up powder".
