Help e-mail stuck
I tried to e-mail a video clip and it must have been too big. Anyway it's stuck in outbox and I can't delete, ignore or get rid of it. I shut down whole laptop and when I re-started it went through a whole disc check which I've never seen before. Anyway eventually started again but would only open Outlook in safe mode and the message is still stuck there?
Any help please as I now can't send any e-mails at all (Dell Inspiron, IE, Windows 7, Outlook 2010)

This can be a nightmare and a killer for Outlook ..
Follow this ... You may have to recreate your pst file.
Try to copy/backup your pst file first to somewhere on same drive. .. although it still may not open later.

Sorry Al didn't se this right away and then haven't seen you about much this week. Well actually that worried me so much that I'm not sure what I ended up doing. Know I re-started again and chose not to have Outlook in safe mode and repeated clickings and deletes it suddenly went away. So don't understand pst files! Anyway sorry I didn't reply earlier. If karen's not around you can spank me instead :-))
