Morning Bernie, I am coming to the end of my first night shift so will be sliding into bed about 6.30...bliss.

i used to love the night shift moonraker did it for 24 years always seemed to have more time to do things!

I like the 4 or 5 days of in between shifts, its nice and quiet during the week when everyone is at work.

after 8 years of doing a 6am start i still cant get use to getting up at this ungodly hour i should be going to bed lol

There seems to be an ex nightworker thing going on....loved nights when nursing....especially if I worked my days off between two long runs right could get a whole week off....probably why my body clock doesn't run right now though

Good morning all, dull and miserable here at the moment, late posting as I had to trawl round the shops to find my best walking stick, so did some the shopping while I was out, still its out of the way now so it doesn't matter what the weather decides to do

G'morning Padds, after a horrible night not being able to sleep I am up, showered, teeth brushed and having a toasted t cake and a black coffee, starting to feel somewhat normal again, I have the uttermost sympathy for any insomniac out there now

Morning Bobbi, just had my bacon butties and coffee and I'm sitting back relaxing for a bit pleased at recovering my stick. The boss bought it for my 60th birthday its got a hallmarked siver head in the shape of a GSD and i've become really attached to it
