has anyone bought at Club Paradiso, Tenerife?
Just wondered if anyone else had been been approached about buying into Club Paradiso at Tenerife? We are very dubious about it all.

I am not sure of they all apply to the place you are looking at as other sites seems to have the same or a similar name. A few are fairly old as well.
But this looks interesting

Generally these time share/ holiday clubs are all the same.
Smooth talking sales people who make it all sound so amazing, and they make it clear if you dont like it they can sell it for you.
The truth is if you do decide to sell it nobody makes any effort and it can finish up costing you thousands.
Personally I would keep clear of them all, but it is up to you.

Lots of stories here about people who lost a lot of money in time share scams, and Paradiso is mentioned a few times if you scroll though the various appends at the bottom.

Hi, I to have heard some bad reports on this and other timeshare companies. A couple of friends of mine bought a timeshare like this and were told that reselling it if ever they wanted to would be easy to do. It cost them a couple of thousand pounds in admin fees and still they didn't sell it for them. In the end they cut their losses and just cancelled and in doing so lost all of their so called investment. I would have to agree with VHG on this and keep away from them or at least check all the details first. As VHG says their salespeople are very good at what they do and could probably sell sand to the Arabs. Good luck whatever you decide to do.
