Pains in my chest during the night

Last night my legs and back were so achey (they still are) and I was really restless during the night. I also kept waking up with a pain just under my left boob, to the left, it felt like a little spasm but was so painful. It happened a few times and I was petrified, especially after my husband went to work this morn.

I know I don't have anything seriously wrong with my heart as I have an echocardiogram every 2 years.

Could this have been some sort of indigestion?

Also, for the past week, I keep getting a nasty pain in my left leg, in the bone :(

Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

It all sounds very muscular to me, almost as though you have indulged in some unaccustomed activity.
Nothing cardiac or digestive could account for your symptoms.
Why not take Ibuprofen 600mgms?

In my opinion.

Thanks Sqad, I hope you'd be along to answer. Yes, I will take some after breakfast. I just hope I don't get anyone pains in my chest, haven't had one since about quarter to 7 this morn.

Thank you!
Hi,

Just to say that I get a pains in my chest very often like this which I think are linked to my back problem. Physio says this is very likely. As Sqad said, doesn't sound at all related to heart problems. Husband had a heart attack and all the pain was very high in the chest and into the throat and was an entirely different sort of pain altogether. I wouldn't worry too much.

Pains in the legs in my case are also related to back problems.
Need a new mattress?
You are suffering at the moment you poor thing.
Hobble to the shop, get a nice bottle of something(wine, pop, flavoured water, whatever you prefer)Big bag of crisps, chocolate and jelly babies(trust me they work wonders)
Then get the answerphone on,favourite DVD,a do not disturb sign on the door and have some recovery time.
It might not actually solve your ailments, but you will feel more like fighting them!
All the best

That's good to know Loftie - never thought it could be to do with my back. I did something silly in work yesterday so that's prob caused it. I've taken some nurofen and it's eased the aching.

I've had a few more of these spasms, they last like 2 or 3 seconds and are awful. Fingers crossed they'll go soon - seem to get them every 2 to 3 hours.

Thanks for answers, you've put my mind at ease!
