Quizzes for Charity are running a Postal Quiz in aid of Asthma UK in memory of good friend Carl Couzens who sadly died from the ailment. The quiz consists of 130 questions, puzzles and pictures.

There is a £100 first prize, together with lots of other prizes; there is no need to be a ‘Mastermind’ to win a prize.

The closing date is December 1st, so plenty of time to find the answers. For a copy of the quiz please send £7 (payable to ‘Quizzes for Charity’) to QfC, 196 Telford Avenue, Stevenage, Herts, SG2 0AU. The fee includes a direct donation which can be gift aided.

The quiz can be forwarded via email if you include an email address, otherwise a SAE would be very useful.

A worthy cause but £7 is a tad steep.

I am sad to say I have to agree there Square , have limited funds so, out of my price range.

I dont mind the £7 its brilliant but unfortunately it now gets asked like the other quizzes and when you have paid that much for it it was better when it didnt get asked

seven pounds is a bit too much to ask im afraid , many people have two or three quizzes on the go , and they all add up (postage etc).
you may be better off asking for a minimum donation , say two pounds , and
suggest any extra would be most welcome. sorry.

Well I can get through at least 20 quizzes a month and nearly all are for very worthy causes, some have prizes of £50 and lower awards for second etc. yet are still mainly a pound a sheet. So cost comes into it for me , am not saying it is not a good quiz in the least.

I think you obviously dont realise that this quiz has been going a long long time and despite the cost lots of people to buy it
