Five missing on Sky

Since middle of last week, we have had Sky programmes as normal. but for some reason can't get Channel Five . It just say 'satellite signal is not being received' I can't see that it could be a problem at our end as we have all the other channels. Is anyone else having problems or had this problem in the past?
