Freecom classic series portable hard drive

I purchased my Freecom in 2004.
i have misplaced the CD's which came with it as I have not used it for somewhile.
Freecom aren't very helpful.
Can anyone help me in securing a replacement Cd or where I could same online.

Why so you need the CD?

Just plug the drive into any computer and it should work with no problems.

Try it on another computer, if that doesn't recognise it then it may be the drive has a problem, if it works on another computer then post back and we can start looking into why it doesn't work on yours.
