Has anyone built a Potton house? How was the experience? Did you stay within budget easily enough? Did your timescale differ from planned?

I ask because I am about to start building myself.

How exciting. I'm afraid I can't really answer your question, except to say that we looked into self-build, including Potton, about 10 year ago. I'm sure Potton have grown since, but even then they were far and away the best company we looked into. They made everything very clear and were extremely helpful. They were well established, so I'm sure they must have years and years of experience by now to make your project a success. We only gave up on the idea becasue we couldn't find suitable land.
