Has GW Bush taken part in any extempor discussions on the Iraq matter as Blair has been doing? He wouldn't really be able to speak without a pre-written speech would he? I think he fancies himself as a bit of a John Wayne: 'we're gonna get those folks' and the like. If I was his spin doctor, I would be terrified to let him open his mouth.

His handlers don't tend to let him out if they can avoid it. It's not good for him to be around too many people that aren't from Texas, it confuses the poor fellow. A Clintonesque MTV debate would beyond him I'm sure, but wouldn't you just luuurve to see it !!
