I've got a lovely piece for tea, what are your suggestions for making it juicy and tender (and medium/ well done for hubby) ?? Thanks x x

I use a rolling pin, it fits like a glove ;)

Make sure it is at room temperature before cooking... bash it beforehand and don't over cook it.

Rib -eye Steak for me everytime, dont cremate it.........
