indentify insect on walls

it not a book lice as a know these insects but it is the same size very small pale/transparent in colour living on walls and tile floor of an a new build which hasnt been lived in the a few years and cleaned poorly. Or they could have been brought in the house via the removal firm who seemed to cover all our items in bits of vegetation.

They dont look like book lice the mould loving creatures because they seem to have sticky out bits all over like feelers possible wings too. But some pictures on yahoo image search seem to say book lice have these?
