Hi I need to produce a password secure spreadsheet, can this be done in excel. I need to make it so myself and 3 other work colleagues have access to it to edit it, but I also need other members of staff to have access to it but not be able to edit it, thanks

I strongly advise against using a password on an Excel file because if you lose the password, your spreadsheet is practically gone.
You may think, pah I won't forget it but I have seen several occasions where users have done just that and lost months of work.
