Do You Remember Babycham

Remember drinking Babycham in the beautiful glass with a cherry on top! Thought it was great and really grown up! Progressed to many drinks after that! What was your first alcoholic drink!

Babycham and then quickly progressed to vodka and lime.....yeuch.

Mine was cider as I was brought up in the Westcountry. There was a sister drink to Babycham called Moussec. Don`t know what it was made from though

Ohhhh yes, I remember when they tried to broaden its appeal to men by using a big burly black man going " **I'll*** have a Babycham! "
My Dad used to let me have the occasional (small) tin of Skol lager from when I was about 12 - so that would be my first drink.
As a teenager, it was the 70s/80s version of 'alcopops' ie. Woodpecker cider - then we progressed to cheap Vermouth and Thunderbird.

Gin & Orange, but it used to make me cry, 3 of 'em and I was in floods.

My first long alcoholic drink was when me and my mate were on holiday in Devon, I had a half pint of Scrumpy. Boy! was I ill.

According to my mum, I was on milk stout at six months. However the first drink I remember having is port and lemonade at my sister's wedding when I was eight.
