Leaking wee

I've just noticed my 4 yr old JR is leaking wee when she's laid down or asleep. What on earth is this ? I'm really worried :o(

I will take her first thing. She drank some muddy water from a puddle on Sunday and was sick that night, could it be related. You don't think it's something sinister do you ?? :o((((((((

Has she been speyed? My GSD had this problem which can be common when a bitch has been speyed apparently. The vet put her on some tablets that solved the problem very quickly.

As above, if she has been spayed. Or it could be a touch of cystitis, in which case cranberry tablets can help.

Is she weeing normally when awake? Is she fine in herself? If she is looking miserable or not her usual self then get her checked in case its the beginning of pyometra, although the vet will check this anyway.
