Is this TV HD Ready?

Just out of interest I just want to know if the following product is HD Ready..

It states it's 'High Definition' but it doesn't state 'HD ready' or has the label, unlike it's sister product..

Not an expert on this, but the former doesn't have a HDMI socket, whereas the latter does. Thus, I'd think that the latter only is HDTV-ready.

Side note: I couldn't see what resolution the latter supports. Check whether it supports only 720p, or 1080i or 1080p.
