Anyone have any experience of the back office?

I've unticked all except the 'default' within the 'Screen Titles' menu and I'm completely locked out my system. Can't even sign in manually. Help would be very much appreciated.

Nah, I downloaded that on Friday night and it talks about the Screen Titles and what they do, it doesn't say what to do if I've unticked them :o(

Thanks anyway, hopefully the helpline will be open first thing tomorrow morning.
