what if he has objected to my boss about potentially being recorded?
who is "he"? i thought you wanted to record the boss?
Question Author
"he" is my boss, the last time he was very offensive after accusing me of recording the conversation secretly, when i said i wasn't he then became very aggressive and i actually asked him if he was going to hit me next, he then replyed that he was rather hoping that i would him! the guy is trying his best to make me quit my job by making me look bad, if i could get him on tape it would prove that he was trying to provoke a reaction so he can use it against me
