does any one know why when it was first switched on. it showed err on the display. looked it trouble shooter at back of book and cannot see why. any help thanks.

Best breadmaker is your own paws. Get a simple recipe, enjoy a good knead and after a while you can do it on automatic pilot, provided you have access to an oven.

Steady on chaps - teddybears hasn't just registered tonight you know - maybe she is just having a bad day. I had one once - only lasts a few years;o)

I had one once as well ttfn it lasted less than a week. If you want to make bread, my suggestion would be dont use a bread maker. I really didnt like mine and reverted back to the old ways. Good luck with it though xx

The best make by far is Panasonic - outstrips all others and the bread is A1
