Best Small Business Euro account (UK)?

I run a translation business and we regularly have to pay a number of small invoices in Euros - to Eurozone and a few other countries.

We are currently banking with NatWest and they are utterly useless at providing information.

Is anyone using a business Euro account they'd recommend? We are mainly interested in the possibility to send small payments (£200/400) to our translators via an on-line interface (NatWest wants us to pay £19 and fill a form at their branch, which is a joke in the day and age).
