TV Frequencies

As a viewer in ROI I can only view some channels as "other channels" on my sky + system
One of them being CBBeebies.
When I try to put it on now the Sky message says
For Your Information 14
There is a technical fault
Try later.

This has been on for some days now does anyone know what this means and can I try retuning.
Have been on The Lyngsat page with all the listings but cant find CBBeebies

On October 18th 2010 the BBC had a frequency and channel shuffle to enable the launch of BBC One HD next month.

CBeebies was previously on... 10773 H 22.0 5/6
It is now on... 10803 H 22.0 5/6
