Slums?...people still live in slums.......just go into some high rise flats.

No birth control....you must be joking.....since sex education, the incidence of teenaged pregnancy has shot up....the highest in Western Europe.........I thought that birth control did the opposite.

I think Osbourne has something of the workhouse master about him. He could get rid of the 'mickey mouse' degrees at Uni, re-open the work houses for single, teenage, mums, bring back conscription to keep the yobs off the streets, and abolish sex education(as it doesn't seem to do any good)
We'd be back in the 50's. A more deferential time when we all knew our places, and stayed in them
