I think you might be right Gina and it's Declan, or at least someone on his behalf otherwise I don't see why he was part of the storyline.

I thought Declan was there to make sure the Big House wasn't empty for long. You could be right, though, he promised to help and so far has only paid for top legal representation.

Yes sorry i meant this particular storyline not just why he was on the show at all.
because he's not around at the moment, I think no-one will give him a thought.

I can't think of any one else who it may be apart from Cain.
