Are you looking for an exhaustive list, or just some examples? Well here are a few from the top of my head in the middle of the night:
1. lactases and lipases for cheese production, proteases and amylases for detergents, amylases for beer and bread production, glucose isomerase for high-fructose corn syrup production, cellulose for fabric softening
2. proteases for wound cleansing
3. taq-polymerase for DNA replication in PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technique
There are tons more, but these are the ones I can remember without having to pull out my textbooks!
oh come on Jinfull this sounds like an assignment at the end of a lecture or lectrues on - der daaah, enzymes in industry......
commercial - biological soaps. Brewing baking and food production see above are clever ideas which can be expanded
medical - systemic or topical
hyaluronidase in wounds
systemic - enzyme rplacement in a whole load of rare enzyme deficiencies no-one has ever heard of
penicllinase
streptokinase - clot busting
research - dont forget luciferase is used in any light producing reaction, to measure ATP
PCR, also proteases for amino acid chromatography (very out of date)
