I want to send someone in Japan a money order for 17 US dollars - but in Yen.What's the easiest way of doing this?

You can go into any main post office and ask for an international money order which can be cashed in various countries. Alternatley, you can also send a money gram which goes through almost straight away, and in some countries they do convert it into dollars, although you pay the moneygram in sterling. I will warn you though, to send a money gram up to �100, there is a �12 fee!
I have a USPS money order from USA. I am in Japan, where can I cash this? I try the bank but they refuse. I have no idea where to cash this money order in Chiba City, Chiba, Japan. Please help.
