I've done this before but can't remember which 2 bits of the wheel I press to reset my Ipod.Does anyone know? Thanks if you can help.

you hold the 2 buttons in till it goes into recovery mode.
then you put it back to itunes and reload the software??
are you downgrading or upgrading the software on it?
i can tell you how to do it and how to jailbreak the ipod also if its an ipod touch..
