overspent leave ?

my employer allowed me to take all my floating holiday days early in the year, whereas im supposed to acrue them at 1.5 per month worked, does this mean that if i leave now i owe him money ?

Yes - he can claim it back out of any wages you have owing

This happened to me in a previous job.  I used up all my annual leave entitlement then left six months into the leave year.  I had to work ten days for no money!  I was gutted....
