I've always started out with more than a modicum of decorum wbm - but usually the night disintegrates and deteriorates quite rapidly, depending on the amount imbibed. I am on a bit of a health-kick cum looking-after-my-body-better regime at present. so far, so good.

lovely morning - mild and still - just off to get paper - hope everyone is well (WBM - even soggy, Gloustershire is beautiful) I love Worcs, Glos, Hereford area - was hatched in Worcs so am a bit biased maybe.
