The kind you light a candle under and they fly into the sky. Just wondered if anyone knew of a shop that sells them. I had a quick look online and plenty of places sell them, problem is I need them for tomorrow.
Has anyone bought them from a shop e.g. tesco that would sell them across the country?

TIA

Sorry woofgang as it happens they're actually not for me but a friend but i do hear you. Vagrant I love HawkinBazaar! shame the one near us closed recently.
The pound shop is a great suggestion though thanks auburnbeauty, hopefully we'll have some luck there.
Our pound shops have got them, but they are a nightmare down here on the coast - they look just like ship's flares in the sky. If we plan to let them off down here we are supposed to inform the coastguard.
Mr CRX went to a thatch fire the other week. A family's entire home and possessions were lost apart from some photos the firemen managed to save.

all because a burning paper lantern landed on the roof :(
Glad its not just me. I live near the New Forest and if they land alight they can set off acres of blaze, also the ponies eat the remains
