Some sad news about rogerr
16 Answers
It is with great sadness that I wish to inform members of Answerbank of the death last week of Barbara...aka rogerr.
I rang to have one of my usual chinwags with her, when her husband Graham told me the sad news. He asked if I could inform you all.
Barbara had been a really friendly member of this site for quite a few years and she will be sadly missed. She really was a lovely person.

She and I have been in touch by email and telephone over the last four years and I can honestly say that she was the nicest AB Linker that I never met. In my various dealings on AB, I believe that everyone within our immediate circle is someone who has had their share of pain and yet have not lost their sense of humour nor lost their belief in the general goodness in humanity. Barbara had all these qualities (and more) in spades.
She will be missed by her AB family, but always remembered with enormous affection.

Thanks Pauline for the news. So sad.
Like some of the previous posts, I never had any communications with Barbara (rogerr) but feel I know her - like lots of the others in the MM/KM links games, where we seem to be all part of a big friendly family.
My condolences go out to her family and close friends
