Had a lovely day out today

Took our daughter back to uni and then we stopped at a country pub for lunch and visited Biddulp Grange & Little Moreton Hall (Nat Trust) - the weather was beautiful, not been home long and now I have to cook tea :(

Sounds lovely yelenots, when I lived in the Midlands we did a lot of National Trust visiting, I used to really enjoy it.

Been all over the place now we can leave our teenage son at home!! Nothing worse than taking them somewhere like that!

I joined the National Trust last Wednesday - a family ticket for myself, huband and grand-daughter. It's something I've been meaning to do for ages and we were in Penrhyn Castle last week and so I seized the moment. I'm hoping that we'll make good use of it, although there's not many NT properties in our area.

We went to Penryn Castle on Wed!! It was beautiful!
