She needs a pee once during the night (well she's getting on a bit) She gets up, shakes herself, trots downstairs ansd we meet at the french window where I let her out. If she is just changing position in the night, she doesn't shake, so I wait to hear her shake before I get out of bed.
A couple of weeks ago, she got up for a second time, shakes, oh well thinks I and totter down the stairs after her. Meet her at the bottom of the stairs just stood there so I said her name, she gives a huge jump, turns round and trots back up to bed!!
Mind you weimaraners are quite active in their sleep generally. All of ours have had "running dreams" and barked and howled in their sleep, now that is fun, you have to wake the dog to stop the howling!!
