Who would have thought the feminist movement would thirty years on have created a Britain where the pressure on girls to be 'fit' and available sexually is greater than ever before?
The greatest ambition expressed by many young girls is to sh@g footballers.
What kind of equality have we created?

I cannot see how women are completely equal, when the work pay differs so much ?!
yes, there are many women that exploit certain rights (sexual harrassments/discrimination etc) but i cannot imagine how we are anywhere near to being an equal country/world or whatever.
As Mosiac quite rightly puts it - you only need to pick up a magazine (aimed at women!) showing half naked & picture perfect celebs -- not exactly promoting intelligence and beauty within is it.?!
All girls now want to do is be a WAG - what a sorry state of affairs where women dont even have the confidence or self worth to become something much more important.
Plus - you still always have the hyprocritical - men sleeping around is a stud, and a compliment ---- a girl does it, and she's a sl*g - an insult.
they are just a few examples
