I bet she's got children called jemima and julian! And who on earth goes on a picnic in november. note to rachel : if you have to wear a scarf and jumper IT'S TOO COLD TO PICNIC!
I remember it. I plan to make it soon.
1. 1 duck breast in a grill pan starting out at no heat and then on very low, first score the breast, then cook slowly until pink in the center. slice
2. cook lentils du puy (green french lentils), cook and add to bowl with some lemon juice.
3. I think she added a little onion.
4. Add about a quarter of a head of red cabbage, sliced thinly
5. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and taste -- add more lemon and oil if necessary.
6. Roast a cup of hazelnuts and remove skins, cut in half and top salad
