Movie maker to Nero

Are you still out there OldProgie.I did as you said but this time I used DVD- R(instead of DVD+R)Everything went ok BUT(there's always a but)halfway through the video the background music went "to pot".I've back checked and it seems to have ocurred when transferring the movie maker file to AVI format. Can you help me again PLEASE????
